William Carlos Angulo (he/they) is a multi-award-winning director, choreographer, and arts educator based in New York. His work centers the creation of culture, using music and dance to explore, express, and celebrate third-culture identity. His works in theater and dance have premiered in fifteen US states including Puerto Rico, as well as in Poland, France, Germany, Croatia, and Bosnia & Herzegovina. Recent collaborations include LIMÓN Dance, Jerome Robbins Foundation, Lincoln Center Education, Manhattan Theatre Club, The MUNY, PCLO, Ford’s Theatre DC, and more. He has collaborated with Grammy Award-winning recording artists like Breland, LOCASH, and Florida Georgia Line, and his LEGALLY BLONDE choreography has been hash-tagged on TikTok and Instagram over 17 million times. As an arts educator, he co-created the musical theater training program at Goodman Theatre in Chicago before serving as an original instructor for Broadway Across Borders through the US Department of State Fulbright Program. He has served as guest artist at Northwestern, NYU, Juilliard, and Indiana University.
