Chloé Arnold is an Emmy-nominated Choreographer and Tap Dancer, discovered at a young age in Washington, DC by Debbie Allen. Chloé's choreography has been featured on numerous hit TV shows including over 70 episodes of The Late Late Show with James Corden featuring A-list actors from Will Smith and Hugh Jackman to pop superstars Ariana Grande and BTS. Other choreography credits include: Bel Air, So You Think You Can Dance, Good Morning America, the Ellen Show, The Talk, A Black Lady Sketch Show, Hello, Jack!, History of the World Part II, and John Legend and Chrissy Teigen’s A Legendary Christmas. Chloe most recently choreographed Jerry Seinfeld’s Unfrosted for Netflix and the Apple TV+ musical film Spirited starring Will Ferrell, Ryan Reynolds, and Octavia Spencer.
Chloé is widely known as the Founder of the Female Tap Dance Band, Syncopated Ladies, whose fierce footwork and feminine style have attracted audiences of all ages around the world and have over 100 million views online. In addition to their own sold-out concert tours, other live performance credits include: CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live, Mariah Carey’s Merry Christmas to All at Madison Square Garden, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Good Morning America, Global Citizen Week, New York Fashion Week, Essence Fest, Imagine Justice (featuring Common, J. Cole, and Andra Day), Glamour Women of the Year Awards, Billie Jean King Leadership Initiative at the US Open, JP Morgan Chase Women on the Move at Radio City Musical Hall, CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund, Women in the World Summit at Lincoln Center, Democratic National Convention and many more.
Chloé is one of 2024 Ebony Power 100 honorees, was named one of LeBron James’ “The Strongest,” a campaign featured in Essence to celebrate his 16th Nike Sneaker release, was on The Root 100 List, and she was featured in Shonda Rhimes and Microsoft’s “Language of Leadership” panel discussion.
Chloe is also an entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist who holds a degree in Film from Columbia University. She and her sister Maud produced the award-winning documentary Tap World, are the co-directors of the critically acclaimed DC Tap Festival, and co-produce the Hollywood Tap Festival with Debbie Allen and the Debbie Allen Dance Academy. They have been recognized by Columbia University as Rising Stars, by the US House of Representatives as arts preservers and ambassadors and won the 33rd Annual Mayor’s Arts Award for Excellence in Performing Arts. Through the Chloé and Maud Foundation, they give back to the community by creating equal opportunity access to dance programming and education for underserved communities with after school programs in South Central LA, and Favelas in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.Photo by Lee Gumbs Photography. The Belgian-Colombian Annabelle Lopez Ochoa is a prolific, award-winning, and sought-after choreographer that has created more than a hundred ballets for 81 dance companies around the world. A versatile choreographer, Lopez Ochoa's wide-ranging body of work includes short conceptual pieces, full-length narratives, and dance films. Annabelle is proud to be the program director of the Contemporary Ballet Summer program of the School at Jacob's Pillow since 2019. In the season 2025/26, she will become artist-in-residence at Ballet Dortmund in Germany, a position she will share with choreographer Edward Clug.
During the pandemic of 2020-21, Lopez Ochoa pioneered remote choreography and dance film creations premiered online. She created a total of 22 dance films. In 2023, Annabelle's notoriety made her to be invited as a judge on the TV show The Greatest Dancer of Vlaanderen. The show aired on Belgian National TV for 9 episodes in February/March 2023.
Annabelle is one of the world's busiest choreographers (quote by Wendy Perron, Dance Magazine 2016) as well as one of the very few female choreographers who excels in narrative ballet. She has successfully created15 narrative ballets to date such as “FRIDA” for Dutch National Ballet, "Coco Chanel, the life of a fashion icon” a co-production with Hong Kong Ballet, Queensland Ballet and Atlanta Ballet, "Doña Peron” for Ballet Hispanico, "Callas, La Divina” for Ballet del Municipal de Santiago, and the multi award-winning production "A Streetcar named desire” created in 2012 for the Scottish Ballet.
In April 2025, Annabelle will premiere a brand-new full-length version of Carmen for Miami City Ballet.

Debbi and Charlie have spent their entire professional lives in New York City. Debbi spent 40+ years in financial services, including commercial banking, real estate finance, consumer banking and risk management. She held several senior management positions over the years, retiring in 2014 as a Managing Director and Senior Risk Manager at Citigroup. Charlie practiced tax law for 40 years and was a partner of Cadwalader, Wickersham and Taft, retiring in 2013.
Debbi and Charlie received their undergraduate and graduate degrees from Cornell University. Debbi is a member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women, where she served as Chair; the College of Human Ecology Dean’s Leadership Advisory Council, where she also served as Chair; and the Cornell University Council, where she served as Vice-Chair; and prior President of the Cornell Club of the Berkshires. She was honored by Cornell to receive the President Frank H.T. Rhodes Exemplary Alumni Service Award. Charlie serves on the Cornell Law School Dean’s Advisory Council and previously served on the Dean’s Special Leadership Committee as a member and Chair and on the Cornell University Council.
Since retirement, Debbi and Charlie have been able to fully indulge their passion for dance and music. As arts patrons, they have had the opportunity to support many arts organizations over the years, especially dance companies and choreographers. Debbi has frequently focused her attention on female choreographers, who often don’t receive the level of resources they need to create new work. She currently serves as a Board Member of Dance/NYC, as well as a Board Member and Treasurer of New Chamber Ballet. Charlie was a Board Member and Chair of Morphoses, working with Lourdes Lopez. He joined the Board of Miami City Ballet when Lourdes became Artistic Director there, and also currently serves as a Board Member and Vice-Chair of The Joyce Theater Foundation as well as a member of the Committee for the Jerome Robbins Dance Division of the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts.
Debbi and Charlie have been able to travel extensively and enjoy attending dance, music, and other arts performances.They consider it a privilege to have met so many wonderfully talented creators of art, dance, and music. They live on the Upper West Side and have two adult children, Mark and Karen, living in New York City.
