The Broadway Choreography Intensive (BCI) is a one-of-a-kind, tuition-free program designed to give a selected cohort of choreographers unparalleled access to personalized training in the art of making dance for Musical Theatre.

Participants will gather in New York City June 20–29, where they will launch the intensive by taking part in the Dance Lab Choreography Symposium – a series of panels, discussions, forums, and open rehearsals created to promote a culture of interactive learning. They will then continue for a week of curated choreographic challenges and exploratory exercises guided by DLNY’s Founding Artistic Director and award-winning Broadway Choreographer, Josh Prince. Throughout the week they will receive one-on-one mentorship and feedback on the creation of their own work from Prince and guest artists. The Intensive finishes with an informal sharing of choreography with friends and family.
